Refund & Cancellation PolicyREFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY  

Effective Date: May 20, 2026Thank you for choosing Visual Media Hub. Because we provide customized digital marketing, UGC creation, and consulting services, we maintain a specific refund policy:

1. Digital Services & ConsultingAll strategy sessions, consultations (including paid discovery calls), and setup fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

2. Service Contracts & RetainersFor ongoing Social Media Management, Monthly UGC Packages, or Website/Booking setups, all refund terms, project milestones, and cancellation notice periods are strictly governed by the individual Service Agreement (Contract) signed between Visual Media Hub and the Client prior to the start of work.

3.
